Could you please reply with Zyrtex as part of the subject?

I’ve recently stopped doing industrial cleaning. I am experiencing red rash on my skin, also a few small redish dots/spots (like pimples/acnes) on my skin, my skin (including the spots) becoming irritating, when my skin gets itchy and i scratch it including the spots/dots it may bleed leave black marks. Can you help me identify what’s happened please? I think i’ve been intoxicated but not sure how to handle this. Where do i go from here? What would be the best treatment? Will these side effect disappear?

Also, i feel hot in my lung with shortness of breath. Have i inhaled too much chemicals due to the nature of my past job?
